We've come a long way from a single computer down the back of the classroom!
All the children in Claddagh School now have the individual opportunity to use information technology to support their learning.
Our laptop trolley, carrying a full class set of laptops, is available to all classes. The children use the laptops to produce final drafts of their writing, to reinforce learning with educational games, and for research on a wide variety of subjects, from Science to History.
A recent arrival is our full class set of iPads, complete with a range of educational apps we use to support many areas of the curriculum.
All classes in the school are also equipped with Smartboards, which open a wide world of learning experiences to both teachers and children.
